Program Design Specialist

Trent Nadin is a highly driven professional with a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and a passion for transforming lives through fitness. Currently serving as a Senior Director and Personal Trainer, Trent has dedicated the past three years to guiding individuals on their journey toward improved health and performance—all while completing his full-time studies.

Trent's exceptional commitment to his craft is evident in his achievements, including becoming the youngest individual to attain Level Four Personal Trainer status at GoodLife Fitness. He is certified as a Pain-Free Performance Specialist and has advanced certifications in Barbell Rehab, Muscle Intelligence, and KP Movement, further underscoring his expertise.

With a lifelong love of sports—particularly hockey and lacrosse—Trent's athletic background ignited his passion for fitness. This passion was solidified during a high school co-op placement at a hockey performance gym, where he trained alongside elite athletes, including NHL first-round draft pick Owen Power.

Trent finds his greatest motivation in helping clients build confidence and reshape their futures. His dedication to empowering others, combined with his expertise and personal experience, continues to inspire those he works with to achieve their highest potential.
