Maram is a personal trainer and architect from Egypt with a passion for strength training and helping others unlock their full potential. Her fitness journey began in 2015 with a focus on weight loss, but over time, she discovered a deep appreciation for strength training. During her transition from weight loss to strength gain, she explored CrossFit, which helped her build endurance and push her limits in new ways. In 2022, she shifted her focus to lifting, completely transforming her perspective on fitness and what her body is capable of achieving.

For years, Maram struggled to reach her goals on her own, experimenting with various methods with little success. It wasn’t until she hired a personal trainer and truly started learning about fitness that everything changed. She lost weight, built muscle, toned up, and gained strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of her body’s capabilities. This transformative experience inspired her to become a personal trainer—so she could help others avoid the confusion and frustration she once faced.

Maram understands what it feels like to start from scratch, to feel stuck, and to question whether real progress is even possible. That’s why her approach is centered on helping clients achieve their goals safely, efficiently, and in a way that fits their lifestyle. Whether the goal is to build strength, improve movement, or gain confidence, Maram is committed to guiding and supporting her clients every step of the way.
