Maddy’s journey in health and fitness is deeply personal. Growing up, she struggled with body image and an unhealthy relationship with food. Though puberty naturally changed her body, the mindset of that “chubby kid” stayed with her for years. She battled body dysmorphia, experimented with every weight-loss tactic imaginable, and fell into cycles of intense cardio, restrictive dieting, and binge eating.
Through trial and error, Maddy discovered that the conventional “all-or-nothing” approach—excessive cardio, extreme dieting, and calorie obsession—was not only miserable and unsustainable but also counterproductive to her true goal: building lean muscle while shedding stubborn fat. It was through strength training, proper nutrition, and a shift in mindset that she finally found a sustainable and empowering way to transform her body and confidence.
Now, as a coach, Maddy is committed to helping women bypass the struggles she faced and take a smarter, more sustainable path to results that last. Her coaching philosophy isn’t about endless cardio or restrictive meal plans—it’s about getting strong as hell, fueling the body properly, and building a foundation of confidence that goes beyond just aesthetics. She believes fat loss goals can coexist with a mindset focused on strength, resilience, and long-term success.
