Nadine is a health and nutrition coach with a passion for helping people improve their health and reach their goals through the power of nutrition and lifestyle habits. After graduating from Dalhousie University with a degree in Marine Biology, her curiosity of how systems work turned inward and she discovered a deep passion for human health, nutrition, and underlying root causes of chronic illness and weight management struggles.
Her journey into the world of nutrition began with personal experience. For many years, Nadine struggled with her weight and body image, developing disordered eating patterns as a result of restrictive dieting. Food became a source of stress rather than nourishment, and despite her efforts, she felt further away from her goals. It wasn’t until she discovered that the most effective approach is one that’s sustainable, enjoyable, and rooted in whole, nutrient-dense foods that she began to see real, lasting change.
Not only did she start to look and feel her best, but she also experienced a cascade of unexpected benefits. Her energy levels and skin improved, and even issues like back pain and period cramps began to fade.
Now training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Nadine takes a bio-individualized approach to health. She helps her clients optimize everything from body composition and energy levels to hormone levels, sleep, immune health and digestion by restoring balance to the systems that matter most.
Nadine believes that change isn’t about perfection, it’s about creating a consistent routine you can actually stick to. One that supports your goals while still making room for the foods and experiences you love. She works with people who feel stuck in a cycle or aren’t sure where to start, helping them build a strong, sustainable foundation for lasting results - not just on the scale, but in every area of life.
